How do I make an order?

Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer other payment options.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping rate is displayed at checkout.

  • NZ Nationwide Regular Shipping - $7.90
  • NZ Nationwide Rural Shipping - $9.90
  • Australian Nationwide Shipping - $24.99

Depending on the carrier, parcels will be delivered in the next 2-4 working days to addresses in the main metro areas of both North and South Islands.  For smaller centres allow another working day for delivery.

Residential and Rural deliveries (RD) can take up to an extra 24 to 72 hours as some carriers pass their parcels onto RD contractors who then make the delivery. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.

We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

What payment options do you offer?

Our Shopify payment options are: (Credit Card) Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay & Union Pay.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Most orders take 2-5 days nationwide, with rural and South Island orders usually taking an extra day.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Can I return my items?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a return or refund.

We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
